1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RK Tours N Travels website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

RK Tours N Travels provides travel planning, booking, and tour management services including domestic and international tour packages, hotel bookings, visa assistance, travel insurance coordination, and customized itineraries.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm any booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the date of departure.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), credit/debit card, or cash at our office.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations (for international packages), and seasonal pricing.
• GST and other applicable taxes are included in the quoted price unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from cancellation approval.
• Non-refundable components (visa fees, insurance, airline penalties) will be deducted from the refund.
• In case of cancellation by RK Tours N Travels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. Travel Documents & Visa

• It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
• RK Tours N Travels provides visa assistance but does not guarantee visa approval, as it is at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
• In case of visa rejection, cancellation charges as per our policy will apply. Visa fees are non-refundable.

6. Itinerary Changes

RK Tours N Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, political unrest, natural disasters, flight cancellations, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, suitable alternatives will be arranged at no additional cost wherever possible.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. RK Tours N Travels can assist in arranging travel insurance through our partner providers. We are not liable for any losses or expenses arising from medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or baggage loss that are not covered under insurance.

8. Traveller Responsibilities

• Travellers must follow all local laws, customs, and regulations of the destination country/state.
• RK Tours N Travels is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the traveller's own negligence.
• Travellers must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs at the time of booking.
• It is the traveller's responsibility to arrive at pick-up points and airports on time.

9. Liability Limitation

RK Tours N Travels acts as an intermediary between travellers and various service providers (hotels, airlines, transport, etc.). We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, overbookings, or service deficiencies caused by third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of RK Tours N Travels and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We encourage customers to first reach out to us directly so we can resolve any concerns amicably.
